In talking about cycles, I think the following is interesting:
"Since 1963 . . . during the 1st year of the Presidential Cycle, June has been second only to February as the worst month of the year up only 36% of the time with an average loss of 1.5%." (Gordon Harms)
As we are now entering June in the 1st Year of the Presidential Cycle, things don't look so cheerful. But - anything can happen. These are just past statistics - and we all know that the past is no guarantee of future action.:)
