Spoke with CFO today and transaction reports do not yet show who the seller was on Friday. Once it's visible I'll put it up. Cardiac conference on w/e went well from a "marketing" perspective with quite a lot of interest from the medical software distribution companies that were there. Apparently the health funds are back with a lot of interest, since Sigma deal was announced, and talks have progressed substantially with one of the smaller ones. Two staff in place - 1 for B2B sales/marketing/development and the other dedicated to the workplace. 1 was an existing employee spread too thin, the other is new to concentrate solely on B2B and get the Cardanal AG platform (with a flashier name) out there (this is the CPI by the way, with the software finsished all beta testing) and this is the one pursuing the medical software distributors. The "patent thread" in another post related to the ann. IMI made some time ago and is not new news - just looks like the US Patent Office "formalised" everything recently.

Spoke with Ginzburg and he was pretty upbeat following the cardiac conference, particularly as he is seeing the fruits of his research now getting exposure. They are polishing off the "stress test" component of the most recent CPI research results and are very close to doing the final research paper (a few weeks, then sit down and write the paper, then get it published as the final stage of the ACC poster presentation and acceptance of Abstract that occurred earlier this year).
