Over the past week a large number of ASX notices have been lodged:
18/04 Kevin Weldon filed a substantial shareholder notice and has become a non-executive director.
17/04 Ben Elias associated companies filed a substantial shareholder notice for an interest in 10,815,000 shares or 6.16% of issued capital
16/04 Henry Hacobian associated companies filed a substantial shareholder notice for an interest in 10,000,000 or 5.7% of issued capital

As at April 16 2007, there are 175 million shares on issue. Elias is a successful mobile phone dealer and both Weldon and Hacobian are well known Sydney identities.

Does anyone have a view on these transactions and the future direction of the business??
