It's hardly surprising that diaspora jews suffer terror at the hands of Palestinians and their sympathisers. They are usually innocent of everything but sympathising for the Israeli side of the conflict.
Much as the Palestinian children and bystanders killed by Israeli rockets fired by helicopters without warning, although there are far more Palestinians who have suffered so far than Israelis or diaspora jews.
