Look for products that contain Ephedra. It is the natural occuring from of
the man-made drug ephedrine. It's found in Mah Huang and similar products.
(This is what I was told by a smooth talking sales person, tell me if I'm
wrong!)

Ephedrine, Caffeine, Aspirin (ECA stack), to multiply the effect, is his daily diet, he wouln't be able to write a simple sentence without ephedrine by now
