"Proposal to seek shareholder approval for issue of Director Options
The Board has agreed to seek shareholder approval at the forthcoming annual general
meeting pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 10.11 and Chapter 2E of the Corporations Act for the
issue of the following incentive options to directors:
• 15,000,000 options exercisable at 25 cents each on or before the date three (3)
years after the date of issue director Andrew Grover; and
• 10,000,000 options exercisable at 25 cents each on or before the date three (3)
years after the date of issue to director Steve Formica."
