chibrown, here's the chart you asked for.

This is one serious downtrend QMN is in.
Lack of history makes it difficult to find horizontal support.
I haven't include moving averages because they're all above SP now so no support there either.
All the fibonacci lines haven't held either, so I haven't include them.
All I have left for support is the gaps. And the first two failed to provide support.
Volume has disappeared too meaning no buyers stepping up.

When is the next major announcement due? It really needs a kick up the bum to get it above the downtrend line.

Otherwise there's nothing on the chart to stop it falling further.
