Ever consider that they options are close to the money because the company wanted them to be converted so the balance sheet gets the cash for them?
Agreed the option holders should be able to convert at success and make a penny but the penny is made on teh market, not at our expense.
So basically people are jealous that they didn't get the options?, there will be a cash injection for the dilution the create so jealous must be it.
