Agreed options are in the money but they give the option to be taken up at which point cash changes hands and goes into the Companies coffers.

So there at teh money, big deal, all this will result in is Direcyor buying, not selling, in the short term.

When the directors do sell it will likley be to a corporate insto to take a large and perhaps managing chunk, good $ for the directors (Who put this all together incase you'd forgfotten) and good for us as we move to being a producer.
