Look I think it's all OK.
The director has been granted the options because he has worked hard.... AND ALL PROBLEMS HAVE BEEN RESOLVED.
If past performance is any guide they will never be exercised.
Shareholders should realise that the big end of town looks at level of director remuneration AND operational performance before they invest.
Show me some figures ! Convince me.
