goldi - most of the time im in total agreement with your views on TAM, however in this case performance will do the talking.
If Mr Frank Sibbel can truly make a silk purse out what has been to date a dog's breakfast, then the options would have been well earned.
IMHO, If DW truely had the shareholders best interest at heart, he would swap his hyper-inflated salary for an incentive-based package - this way he may be able to scrap back some of his credibility.
