I hate to say this but I don't think this company will get back...

I hate to say this but I don't think this company will get back off the ground when you look at the debt situation etc. I would be surprised if the bank doesn't sell the operation up in order to get back it's money. If by some miraculous means it is able to raise further funds it would in my opinion have to do a share consolidation because there is just to much paper out there and you would be lucky if after convertion your old share was worse .002 -.003 cents each!

I feel sorry for the current shareholders because of the shoddy exploration work previously conducted. Because of what's happened all banks will be looking real hard (conducting risk assessments) at similar type companies. You will also find getting funding for one mine companies will also became more difficult.

Alot of people have been burnt big time by the shoddy exploration work carried out and it is scandelous in my opinion.

I hope for all shareholders things can somehow be turned around. Good luck.
