Fuuny how you are continually making predictions which to date have not been forthcoming.

Perhaps you do know but events outside your control like stays on the dealings of Needle sleeve interupt these predctions?

I am informed today that ETA representiives have already left for Midica, Germany and they have started their marketing of Needlesleeve.

Also they have informed me that the Legal Practitioners Board have started investigations into the conduct of Lawyers which are known to you.

By the way, the Australian Law Journal this week makes reference to the ETA/Whisson needlesleeve case.

ETA inform me that the High Court hearing appears to be set 16th December. If ETA get what they deserve, relief to Appeal then you guys are stuck with a stay for 2 years.
