I-in-the-sky which ALJ are you referring too? I have scanned my October ALJ and I don't see anything. I haven't received my Nov copy as yet - is it in that? What does it say?

On what basis are ETA marketing Needlesleeve at Medica when they don't own the proprietary interest to the property? It's like having your mail redirected to a house after attending an auction and you missed out on buying the property. Makes no sense.

We will have to wait and see reagrding the High Court. Don't like ETA's odds but I guess anything can happen in this crazy world. Bring it on!

Would be interested to know why LPB would be interested in conducting investigations into Barristers involved in matter? I will make enq's to ascertain what the situation is reagrding this. I doubt whether this has any legs to it. I guess ETA are pretty desperate and as part of their strategy they are trying to shake the bushes to get some attention and scare some people.
