    Snow again... The predictions aren't as simple as a fixed trend towards less snow cover. In fact the increase of moisture in the atmosphere at higher temperatures is predicted to generate more snow in Winter.

    This graph is for the difference between Winter and Summer snow cover, 5 year MA. Shows close to a 10% rise:
