I am not a data engineer, but I believe if snowflake wants to expand business in Australia, it would need the support of local data centre like NXT or MAQ. So, it is hard to say the successful IPO of snowflake is completely unrelated to NXT, as they are different components of the same industry/business. The last few days' performance of MAQ and NXT is good evidence, as they greatly outperform the ASX tech index. Let me know if my understanding is incorrect.
