Well I would assume that the LG chem deal is done now. my understanding is that the new board want to take this to the Chinese. I guess we will see if some deal is done here in the coming months. Regardless at least the battle is over. I am hoping that the share price recovers and what ever path they choose they get on with the job. To much time and opportunity cost wasted with this internal battle.
