recent ANN had it closer to 60%, and no actual cash, or ability to sell for cash in the short term, as shares will be escrowed for a period.
still a great asset on the books, and very much looking forward to the IPO. (I think it will get us much wider spread attention, and hopefully a decent bump in the SP).
