Obviously the market thinks CHM has a snowballs chance in hell of a large settlement or gaining control over part of MMX's iron ore project , otherwise the share price would'nt be only a miserable 3c off 12c high, if it was heading towards a multi million dollar bonanza, why is'nt the share price 20 or 30 cents atleast.
