They plan to also own/control their own mill and crusher(Processing).
The mill they already own.
Who was the last small cap to do a start-up like this? I dont think anyone ever has. Start buying up jumbos and boggers etc for cash? No wonder the Balance sheet looks poxy ATM.
I too think this company is about to breakthrough and be rerated.
The intention was never to run an operation just like Barrick did. Most of the former staff from Barrack are back with KMC modelling the orebody and drives.They know that the orebody has enourmous potential at depth and were dissapointed when Barrick walked. The Locals control it now and the intention is to establish a mining province out Bullant/Ora Banda way with the statement of intent being a very large capacity mill.

Theyve made it through the last 6 months buying gear and bedding the operation down, now the cash is starting to flow its going to get a lot easier. Stuff the pessimists this could be a cash flow engine and were going to have some numbers sooner rather than later. This operations novel in so many ways: Eight hour shifts, air legging owner operated mining and the approach to gather low grade from the immediate vicinity. The cash flow isnt going to be anything like Bullant when under Barrick control.

Nothings hedged. I can bet you they wont do it either. Significant increases in the POG will see the share price explode.As you point out Alex999 the cash that is starting to flow is a very significant propotion of the market cap which is a very cruel appraisal of the worth of the current Enterprise.Id say Quadruple is on the cards which means a ten bagger from here. KMC could be the brightest of the bright when the spotlight comes back onto Aussie gold producing small caps.
