IMC are focussing on the gold in krygykstan. They have a small mine up and running and are developing other prospects.
from what i understand, they don't have the $$ or knowledge to develop U projects.
They've farmed it out to CTS.
CTS have paid market price, the $1mill was suggested by snowden, and values the U3 deposits on proven resources - not inferred and takes into account that more $$$ needs to be spent proving the resources.
