Ok so the turbines can switched into pump mode and suck water from Talbingo and pump it uphill to Tantangara reservoir during the night using off peak wind power. All under the umbrella of Tony Abbott's Emissions Reduction Fund.
I would suspect the $7.5bn actual projected spend will double before the power switch is flicked.
