If the Water comes down the Hill and generates 12c/Kwh but pushes the Water up the Hill at 6c/Kwh is it making money? Renewables are the cheapest LCOE. With Battery prices dropping 50% they are even cheaper Storage. I prefer "working" energy sources but am open to new technologies and its possibilities. You can only burn fossil fools. You cant renew them or recycle them.
