“There is no modelling for historical data”?
Flipping Heck, how dumb are you.
How accurate do you think the collected data is from when Mose’s was wearing short shorts, when the Battle of Hastings occurred, when the first human spotted a kangaroo?
What did they use to record the daily temperature, Co2 level’s and the annual rainfall?
99.99% plus of all temperature records are based on modelling and assumptions based on best guesses.
The history of science is littered with inaccuracies, compounded by eggspurts who have built their credentials on lies/half truths and misinformation while anyone who has ever pointed out/suggested alternative explanations to the Consensus of the Day has been attacked/ridiculed for daring to question the Group Think.
Galileo is a great example, the 2 doctors who raised awareness of the Thalidomide effecting newborn babies or even the bloke who gave himself stomach ulcers and cured himself.
Or perhaps you prefer the Cane Toad experiment as an example of how switched on the CSIRO’s scientific consensus was back in the day.
Being smarter today than yesterday doesn’t negate the fact that humanity still doesn’t know that much.
Proper scientific research is about learning and proving it isn’t about accepting the consensus as an indisputable fact.
