teh main problem is it will take at least 10 years to build a nuke, if we already have the necessary workers and legal framework already established.
every nuke in EU/UK under construction is running cost over-runs and delays.
Dud's 7 yrs and low estimate of the cost is really absurd. no way would they be able to do such a complex build in that timeframe.
