Key Highlights (already known by current holders I'm sure):
- The recent 2.8c raise was necessary to safely plug the gap that may be caused by potential renege of $5m in payments to SNT
- Raise was done tightly among top investors
- Phase 2a for SNT-5505 fully recruited, and interim data guaranteed to be delivered in December this year to the American Society of Haematology
- That data will then be used in Q1 CY25 to initiate discussion with the FDA for a Registration Study
- Fully expect the share price to appreciate as we undergo the Ph2a and approach the interim data release, and get further interest from potential partners
- Then a bit of discussion around the table below:
- Looking toward mid 2025 to either raise funds to go a Ph3 alone, or consider a partnership
- Below table indicates the sample partnership deals we would be looking at
- Two of our current investors were involved in the CTi deal (centre column)
- Prize at the end of a Phase 3 - $2b+
