I have been considering these calculations as well,
"a 2.0% discount to the 5-day volume weighted average price of CSL shares up to and including the closing date of the SPP (expected to be 7 February 2022), rounded to the nearest cent. "
I calculate the average (not weighted average) to be $61.72, so with a 2% discount they could be $256.48 each under the SPP
Didn't have a spare $30k last week, so missed a chance to buy them cheaply, but if there is a SP pull-back below $256 in the next 2-3 days, then we should be better off buying off market.
