No reason for the market not to know if the CEO did his job and submitted an ASX release prior to today's opening.
Biota are well aware of this solicitation.
Even a delayed announcement (today) proves that Cook has no understanding of the importance and timing of PR.
Just a reminder according to Peter Cook (on numerous occasions) that Biota is misunderstood by the market...
...and you wonder why.
