IMO and my experiences,
There are many Retail investors that want a quick return and may be waiting for FAR to takeoff. When the payday is years away. There are many shares that will rally before we can produce oil or declare our full potential, particularly with POO. Watch the shorts jump on when we look like take off.
Many Insto's have their decision makers needing to justify apparent speculation with low POO too. This can keep the volume low.
So my conclusion is that our share price may not be deliberately held back or if it is, it's currently not hard to do.
Once the trigger is pulled though, we should have a wild ride.
