Mr H/H .......... from looking at a few varied TO's the price goes from a low of $3-$5 pboo up to round $10 pboo, the reason the the broad range is that there have been 'stress sales' occurring and don't think (at this stage anyway) that this refers to FAR ATM so therefore I would consider a price of round $10-$12pboo would be fair however as the TO Company will be buying replacement reserves they would possible be willing to pay a premium over and above this price, what this would be is anyone's guess however. note that Shell cancelled their Artic development after spending billions with NO result so this premium could be worth a reasonable amount to certain companies!!! Secondly this is for 2p proven resource (not contingent) so we need to use that figure in any calc's we do, will let the various posters do their own calc's and come to their own conclusions.
