you got to be kidding MR .................. do you really think either COP or CNE give a rats a***e as regards to FAR's financial position, if the JV do agree to hold off on the 3 additional wells who will pay for the rig to be sitting round, don't think either COP or CNE would be to happy to pick up that bill at several $100k per day!!!
IMO the JV will roll into the second set of three wells almost straight away unless they use the time that they have gained in the first three wells to lay up the rig before proceeding into the second three wells.
