So can TER 10 or 10+ Bag a Third Time?

    I looked at a 10-year chart and saw that, like today, it had been in the basement a long time twice before. 2 years at about .02 in 2016 and 2017 and about .12 for 2020 and 2021.

    Then in 2018 it went over .75 (40 bagger) and in 2022 1.18 (Disallowed). So the question is, can it do it a third time? It looked just as bleak on the chart as it does today before those huge runs. BTW it also kicked out massive divs at the same time on those runs.
