yes....late 1988 saw the writing on the wall....a year after the stockmarket crash,( suspect they may have lost a load of money) bosses panicking...although the business had more work than it could handle..and growing during that period....so I left and started my own business....and never looked back....except to think I should have done it sooner....
took less than 3 months to achieve regular income equivalent to my salary, then doubled my income within 9 months.....and met stacks of people who had done the same.....
saw an article recently...which stated that in times of big reductions of staff numbers...that is when most people start up their own business.....
