However, the CEO of ADE will give a final quote to response the BPT' offering on market.

It is clear that ADE did not accept the offer from yesterday's ADE's announcement, also, it says: ADE's shareholders sell their ADE's shares, they have no title to the increasing offer price....

So, the hold ADE's shares is the best solution at moment..

hopefully, BPT put up 40 cents or gives up takeover bid.

Let ADE finds new support to ADE's assets for future.

As I metioned , ADE has good and bright future upside-- Shale gas and oil...
