amok, I know its none of my business what you do with your shares, I just can't see the value in rushing into giving away some of your holding. Why don't you hold on until we hear something from management? BPT want the whole company, I don't think they will withdraw their offer, they want the whole box and dice.
They may have the box now, but I am waiting to see how much they will pay for the dice.
