Forget about finding a buyer for the whole company, this is now impractical, what if the board announce they are negotiating sale of their interest in Nappamerri Trough assets that would value it at more than $600. or going into a joint venture with another big player.

If so they could do this fairly quickly and return say 20c for shareholder while ADE can not withdraw their offer till December, so that is another 20c.

For Beach to act and take over the board they will have to call for a meeting if i am correct, and this will take some time.
