    That 17m must have been traded by other smaller groups. The buys should match the same number of sells

    Etrade Openmarkets and Euroz are the large net sellers, not necessarily short sellers. They could be whom the debt holders have been selling through, or other institutions selling using them (but the register does not yet have a lot of instos onboard).
