It's the report to December 31st 2007.
History shows that some of the best deals have been made through taking a shell company and putting a neat deal into it.
Most smart investors know this, and it seems there is a fair chance that will happen here.
As it's obviously going to be something unrelated to last half years report, we don't need to know till it's signed.
