It’s entirely reasonable to have a point at which your aim is to preserve capital. There will always be an opportunity to buy back in with the money you have withdrawn from the market. Look at the last two tops, it has always come back. If we get sustained growth on successive customer announcements, we’ll you can still re-enter.
Everyone has a different risk tolerance. Done happy to let it ride based on their evaluation of risk v opportunity. Others would rather step back, preserve gains, and go again when they can.
