    As u know...PTD had a merger takeover of Agenix on the cards...however it fell thru due to the court case with Centocur!!

    thats as u know...has been resolved!!!

    So with AGX @ 60... the takeover rice of AGX was 90c! (50% upswing).

    Is this back on the Agenda????
