This is completely false, read into the litigation involving the illegal removal of Mr. David Breeze as a director in MEC Resources. This was during the period in which Advent Energy did not perform their required year 4 work (Drill Exploration Well). The outcome of the litigation was that Mr. David Breeze was returned to his director position in MEC resources and join BPH energy, MEC resources would pay off their debt to Advent Energy and Asset Energy by giving them shared (may still be pending shareholder approval), etc.
Read the ASX announcements and you will see why there was so much "collection of management fees". You are partially correct, but the people who did that violated the law, we are currently in the redemption arc.
