it seems Dutton is loyal to Trump and is adopting Trump's whole "policy" list.

now its the Flavour of the Year....... its DEI. ---> the very thing you love to hate. almost as hateful as Woke.

does it threaten you in any way? does giving those who've been disadvantaged in job applications simply on the idea that wheelchairs won't fit at the desk and will cause increased maintenance costs. or the Aboriginal applicant, with university honours, won't fit in with the team, while the person who just scraped through his degree will "fit in" ok. or maybe the woman is a lesbian. she talks a bit butch. would she threaten the dominant male milieu?

DEI is about giving those who've been judged adversely on social standards a break from being excluded.

merit should make decisions. not social judgements. DEI is a remedy to lingering problems from decades past.
