in response to your question, it seems that the embargo is very limited. the sanctions only involve visa bans and frozen bank accounts for Mugabe and about 100 of his mates.
all in all the bans are not sufficient to stuff up the country - indeed, in all fairness, have nothing to do with the situation in zimbabwe.
