CVI is transferring the 'opportunity' in the offshore blocks to Pensador...
Obviously CVI has the claw back 'deal' in place, but who knows when that will happen?
Is it therefore expected that Pensador will in fact be the signatory to the Falcon deal in the first instance?
Surely it's the clawback that is the important factor here... as CVI initially only has 4.2m of 68.5m shares in Pensador... which must be around 6%.
Unless of course Falcon is already a party to the whole Pensador ultimately becoming CVI agreement?
Any thoughts?
Cheers
