There's only one problem I see for this deal, if Amgen have a stake within the company; will unilife have to give them priority for their devices over say sanofi or Abbvie for example to keep them happy even though unilife could make more money off the other pharma, like all 3 of them are in the auto-immune disease market looking to keep/take humira's market share?
