You'd think in the original contracts with sanofi there'd be small print to say we are first priority, first signed ect ect and a contractual agreement stating unilife could keep up with their requirements.
Amgen want our products that much they are prepared to make our products elsewhere and give us royalties? That's huge!

There would be no way Amgen would be able to get inside info as per confidentiality clauses that seem to be such a big part of this industry, I tend to think that could be why they are only aquiring 19.99%and not more.
