    "There would be no way Amgen would be able to get inside info as per confidentiality clauses that seem to be such a big part of this industry, I tend to think that could be why they are only aquiring 19.99%and not more."

    It has been said by some that if they acquire 19.99% of UNS that they will get a seat on the board so they will be privy to everything that happens within the company.
    It also seems to me that any profits of sales to other pharmas would be profits to them as well so I don't think they would worry about them doing business with Sanofi.
    Happy for anyone to challenge my theory.
