You should be aware that on 5 September 2012, the Premium Income Fund (PIF) assigned certain of our assets and liabilities to ARL
ARL remains a separate entity to the now wound up PIF and is still operating. Your shares in ARL remain in effect if you have not sold them. As to what amount our ARL shares return (if any) is yet to be determined in time
