but most these are not average areas, they are the worst of the worst areas in Perth, areas where you probably could not afford the insurance premiums because of the loading that is applied due the fact the house is going to be broken into an a monthly if not weekly basis, not to mention your car.

and yes these areas are all some people on low incomes can to live in, but there is a major problem when large number of average earners can only afford to live in these types of areas

Yes to you and I and many other people $80 per week is absolutely nothing, but some one has got their head shoved right up where the sun don't shine if they don't realise how significant $80 per week is to someone on a low fixed income trying to service a mortgage.
