In my opinion things may be going much better than you realise. 1. By consolidation they have busted the leverage of a .03 cent stock- volumes are down as are the HC posts 2. By listing on AIM they will move the stock to a deeper market which may not be as trading minded as is the current one. I think Management have done pretty well, not perfect, but pretty well, particularly when you consider the current economic climate we are all having to operate in.
